The Sky Bar at Lebua State Tower Hotel in Bangkok is more commonly known as the famous bar from Hangover 2. Sirocco, the world’s highest open-air rooftop restaurant on the 63rd floor, offers a breathtakingly panoramic views of Bangkok and the Chao Phraya river.
The wedding scenes were filmed at Phulay Bay at Krabi, A Ritz Carlton Reserve, the flagship property of the new Reserve brand of the Ritz Carlton. The resort is located on the coast of the Andaman Sea, 40 minutes from Krabi International Airport and 2 hours from Phuket International Airport.
Krabi is more scenic and beautifull than Phuket with opaque waters and views of the limestone karsts in the distance. Phuket however has the better shopping.
Stu, Allen and Phil go to Ching Mei temple to meditate. Ching Mei temple is actually Ancient Siam, known as the world’s largest outdoor museum. The 320-hectare city features 116 structures of Thailand's famous monuments and architectural attractions. The grounds of Ancient Siam correspond roughly to the shape of the Kingdom, with each of the monuments lying at their correct places geographically. Some of the buildings are life-size replicas of existing or former sites, while others are scaled down.
